机组氧气系统 Crew Oxygen System【转】

民用飞机机组氧气系统为断续式供氧系统，机组人员根据需要随时可以使用氧气。机组氧气系统一般由氧气瓶供氧，使用位于各机组工作位的快速佩戴的供氧面罩。机组氧气系统包括机组氧气瓶、压力调节器、压力指示器、供氧调节器和氧气面罩等。

The oxygen system of the civil aircraft crew is an intermittent oxygen supply system, and the crew can use oxygen at any time as needed. The oxygen system of the unit is generally supplied by the oxygen cylinder, and the quick-wearing oxygen supply mask located at the working position of each unit is used. The unit oxygen system includes the unit oxygen cylinder, pressure regulator, pressure indicator, oxygen supply regulator and oxygen mask.

氧气流量由氧气面罩上的供氧调节器控制，可提供混合氧气、纯氧和应急情况下压力供氧。供氧调节器有四个位置。

The oxygen flow is controlled by the oxygen supply regulator on the oxygen mask, which can provide mixed oxygen, pure oxygen and pressure oxygen supply in emergency. The oxygen supply regulator has four positions.

（1）正常位（NORMAL）：为稀释供氧，为延长氧气供给持续时间，使用者在一定的座舱的高度以下利用自己的吸力呼吸座舱空气与氧气的混合气体，混合比根据座舱高度而定，在高空提供一个高氧比例，而在低空提供高空气比例。例如 A320 飞机当飞行高度大于 10600m 时，空气进口自动关闭开始提供纯氧。

NORMAL: In order to dilute oxygen supply and prolong the duration of oxygen supply, the user uses his own suction to breathe the mixture of cabin air and oxygen below a certain cabin altitude. The mixture ratio is determined by the cabin altitude, providing a high oxygen ratio at high altitude and a high air ratio at low altitude. For example, when the flight altitude of the A320 aircraft is greater than 10600m, the air inlet automatically closes to provide pure oxygen.

（2）100%位：纯氧供氧，使用者利用自己的吸力在所有的客舱高度范围内呼吸到纯氧。

100% position: pure oxygen supply, the user can breathe pure oxygen in all cabin altitude ranges with his own suction.

（3）应急超压电门（EMERGENCY）：紧急情况时，选择应急超压供氧按钮，在任何座舱高度，这种情况下可以正压力提供纯氧。当驾驶舱有烟雾或有害气体时采用，能让使用者呼吸到连续的具有一定压力的氧气。当座舱高度大于 30000 英尺时自动产生持续较高压力的氧气。

Emergency overpressure switch (EMERGENCY): in case of emergency, select the emergency overpressure oxygen supply button. At any cabin altitude, pure oxygen can be supplied under positive pressure. When there is smoke or harmful gas in the cockpit, it can make users breathe continuous oxygen with certain pressure. When the cabin altitude is greater than 30000 feet, oxygen with continuous high pressure is automatically generated.

（4）测试位（TEST）：测试调节器的供给压力为正压。

Test position: the supply pressure of the test regulator is positive.
