CAUTION: REFER TO APPLICABLE MANUAL PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY ELECTRICAL CHECKS TO ENSURE THAT CHECKS WILL NOT DAMAGE EQUIPMENT.

(1) Check continuity of circuits.

检查电路的连续性。

(a) Check continuity of wiring from termination point to termination point in accordance with applicable manual.

根据适用手册检查端点之间导线的连续性。

(2) Check dielectric strength of electrical solenoids.

检查电气螺线管（电磁阀）的绝缘强度。

CAUTION: REFER TO APPLICABLE MANUAL TO ENSURE THAT CONNECTOR BEING CHECKED DOES NOT HAVE AN INTERNALLY GROUNDED PIN.

注意：请参阅适用手册，确保所检查的连接器没有内部接地插针。

(a) Connect all non-grounded pins (refer to CAUTION) of connector together electrically, then connect to one side of a 750 volt ac power source. Connect other side of power source to case of connector.

将连接器所有未接地的插针（参见CAUTION）连接在一起，然后连接到750伏交流电源的一侧。将电源的另一侧连接到连接器外壳。

(b) Apply 750 volts ac (rms) for one minute. There must be no evidence of arcing or sparking and current drain should not exceed 2.0 milliamperes.

施加 750 伏交流电（rms）一分钟。不得有电弧或火花，电流消耗不得超过 2.0 毫安。

(3) Check insulation resistance of electrical solenoids.

检查电气螺线管的绝缘电阻。

CAUTION: REFER TO APPLICABLE MANUAL TO ENSURE THAT CONNECTOR BEING CHECKED DOES NOT HAVE AN INTERNALLY GROUNDED PIN.

注意：请参阅适用手册，确保所检查的连接器没有内部接地插针。

(a) Connect all non-grounded pins (refer to CAUTION) of connector together electrically, then connect to one side of a 500 volt dc power source. Connect other side of power source to case of connector.

将连接器所有未接地的插针（参见CAUTION）连接在一起，然后连接到500伏直流电源的一侧。将电源的另一侧连接到连接器外壳。

(b) Apply 500 volts dc for one minute. Measure insulation resistance. The resistance between pins and case should not be less than 100 megohms.

施加500伏直流电压一分钟。测量绝缘电阻。插针和外壳之间的电阻不得低于100兆欧。

(4) Check pins in wiring harness for security as follows:

按照以下步骤检查线束中插针的稳固性：

(a) Check security of loose 20 ga. Pins using Contact Retention Test Tool (ACT-3075) or equivalent. If loose pins are indicated, refer to repair.

使用插针保持测试工具（ACT-3075）或等效工具检查松动的 20 ga.插针的稳固性。如果显示有松动的插针，请参考修理说明。

(b) Check security of loose 16 ga. Pins using Contact Retention Test Tool (ACT-3075) or equivalent t. If loose pins are indicated, refer to repair.

使用插针保持测试工具（ACT-3075）或等效工具检查松动的 16 ga.插针的稳固性。如果显示有松动的插针，请参考维修说明。

(c) Check security of loose 12 ga. Pins using Contact Retention Test Tool (ACT-3075) or equivalent. If loose pins are indicated, refer to repair.

使用插针保持测试工具（ACT-3075）或等效工具检查松动的 12 ga.插针的稳固性。如果显示有松动的插针，请参考维修说明。
